Troy Schalm - President & General Manager

Troy began his career with Okanagan Telephone in 2000 as a field technician based in Penticton. In 2011, he assumed the duties of General Manager of both Okanagan Telephone and its IT division, Connect-IT. In 2016 he spearheaded the merger of the 2 business units and the rebrand to CONNECT

Troy is passionate about bringing value to the businesses we provide services to by enhancing their communication technology. In his spare time, Troy mountain bikes, kite-boards, and hikes the Okanagan Valley.
